Medical Malpractice Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know if I have a case?
Determining whether you have a case is a process that can take many months, beginning with a discussion between you and me regarding the facts of your particular situation. If the case warrants more investigation, then I will review the relevant medical records and decide how to proceed from there.
How much is it going to cost?
The initial consultation is free. A retainer may be needed for upfront fees such as obtaining medical records and expert reviews.
How long will the process take and how much will it cost?
The time and cost of any given case varies greatly and is largely dependent on the type of case it is and how quickly it is resolved.
Is it really worth the time and effort to proceed with a case?
Every case is unique so it’s best to evaluate each one on its own merits. If after a full investigation, I can prove there was substantial negligence that caused significant harm, then the potential damages may make it worth your time and mine.
